Our factory outlet has been opened to
the general public for 10 years, we make a point of
advertising our fish with the correct market name, we even provide
cooking suggestions with the help of chef’s from Melbourne’s leading
restaurants.
Anassis Seafood's saw the need to open
direct to the public due to the fact that the public was paying far to
much on seafood. We decided to make it more affordable and, most
importantly, to give value for money.
The managing directors of Anassis Seafood's
are Con & Terry Anassis. A father and son team effort, Con handles all
processing which includes fresh fish and fresh live oysters. Con also
handles retail sales and serves as the General Manager of the
business.

Terry Anassis is in charge of
purchases from fresh and frozen lines as well as dry goods. Terry also
takes care of sales which include retail & wholesale inquiries and he
also handles the managing of the company.
Jimmy Anassis takes care of
deliveries, phone inquiries and assists with the purchasing of fresh fish.
Bianca Anassis handles the office administration, from phone
inquiries to bookkeeping and helps with retails sales. Family member Chris
is our storeman and handles transportation. & even helps out with the
processing of fresh oysters. He has been with us for over three years.
Our staff members are chosen
carefully, to ensure they understand and appreciate the value of our
customer. We at Anassis Seafood's are proud to distribute Australian
products, while offering a wide range of imported lines. We have access to
all the seafood importers, as well as the local fish agents, fishermen
& farms. |
| We access products
Australia wide, though our specialty items are fresh Oysters from
Tasmania, South Australia & the New South Wales region other specialty
lines are Crabs, Prawns, Scallops, Wild Barramundi, Atlantic
Salmon, Argan Oil (exclusive to Anassis Seafoods) and Fresh
Victorian Black Mussels. Our fish are bought from the Melbourne fish
market and from fish farms through out Australia and processed on premises
to suit the requirements of our customer. Anassis Seafoods has over 200
lines of products on hand everyday and everyweek.
